At Arizzi Fonderie, the relations between people and the company are founded on honesty and respect, common interests being put before individual interests. The company respects people and the environment and adopts transparency in its dealings with employees, customers and partners.

Wherever people work in the world, they are entitled to do so in ethical and safe conditions and they must be able to improve their lives through training. We select suppliers who meet our Code of Practice and live up to our principles.

Above all, respect for the world around us; reducing our environmental impact is a keen concern for the ARIZZI family and this is reflected in tangible investments in limiting emissions, reducing unnecessary consumption, reducing waste and generating clean energy throught photovoltaic parks and systems.
Since 2011 Arizzi Fonderie S.p.A. has been registered to ISO14001.

We do not allow anybody to take health and safety lightly.
By working with our employees and external consultants, we find and apply the measures required to make the productive processes safer. We work together to improve the wellbeing of workers inside and outside the factory.
